Hall of Fame
Celebrating the people who built one of the most respected tire and auto service brands in North America.
Built on trust
The people who paved the way.
We have had many amazing store owners and service technicians come through our organization and serve our customers, all contributing to the evolution of the Big O Tires brand. But there are some whose impact has had a profound and lasting effect on our company.
These are the people who built our reputation, a reputation you can ride on. Their vision was simple: every Big O Tires store should be a place customers can always rely on. We still follow the road they paved. Because at Big O, trust is a BIG deal.
Our original founders
Canada's original nine Big O Tires dealers.
Nine founding dealers who took a chance on a new kind of tire store, and set the standard the brand still runs on today. George Picton isn't in the photo - he's the one who took it.

Our heritage
The flag they raised, still flying.
Six decades on, the brand those founders built still flies proudly at independently owned stores right across British Columbia, from Vancouver Island to the Okanagan and everywhere in between.
